At Purple Ant, we are happily using Fog Creek's Copilot.com service for remote support of our desktop customers, and training whenever possible.

Recently (ok, not so recently), Copilot announced the ability to create your own customer launch page, to better integrate Copilot into your customer service process.

Purple Ant has created a simple module for DotNetNuke (available to all registered user's for free), to allow you to direct your customers to a page on your DNN site to start their Copilot session.

As you can see by the link, we are building out our new DotNetNuke site, but the skin has not yet been applied.  Go ahead and register for the site, and check back often, as our new skin should be up and going within a few weeks.

With the price of gas where it is, it's becoming more and more important to be able to remotely access clients' pc's and servers. Plus, the amount of time saved is so valuable!
