Purple Ant Software is pleased to announce our first commercial software package, TotalRM.  TotalRM is a Relationship Management tool that will provide advanced customization and configuration options giving the user complete control over how the relationships in their business, both internal and external, should be managed.  TotalRM is way beyond a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, it is an evolution in managing relationships that exist in each business.

The first version of TotalRM that will be released is the "Express Edition" which will limit the customization capabilities, as well as be restricted to a single user with an Access database to store information.  We feel it is important to get TotalRM out there to start receiving feedback on the User Interface and other design decisions that have been made, instead of waiting until the more advanced functionality is complete for our Professional, and Enterprise Editions that will follow a few months behind the Express Edition in the release schedule. Upon release, the Express Edition will also support Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition for data storage, with a migration tool from the Access database version available.

TotalRM is entering Alpha testing later this month, with Beta testing expected to start in September.  Anyone interested in being a beta tester for TotalRM can send an email to info@totalrm.com, and we'll contact you when we are ready to begin beta testing.

When released, TotalRM Express Edition will be available for $99 for a single user license.  Pricing for Professional, and Enterprise Editions has not yet been determined, but will be available as both in-house and on-demand versions.
